    For me it’s someone who can’t be supportive of how you want to better yourself. My ex was into ‘heavy girls’ and when I met him I was only 7 1/2 stone, by the end of the relationship I was coming on 10 stone. Any time I tried to say I wanted to go to the gym and start to lean out he would get so mad. He would pick me up from work with take out food already in the car because he knew I’d go for the easier option after a long shift... I finally had the courage to break up with him and for the last year I’ve been a total gym rat and I look and feel better than I ever have. Be with someone who supports you being the best version of you <3
