Does everyone deserve freedom?

Recommended Posts

I personally believe people wanting freedom and the concept of it should know no boundaries, no lines.  But there're people who has done things full of corruption and falsehoods...do you think redemption can still come into play no matter how many bad things they have done?  Perhaps there are ways and knowledge not yet found from all knowledge that can show someone so evil can be helped?  Is there not many ways to approach mentoring?

No, but that depends on their crime. If their crime was non-violent against another human( IE S●● crimes or murder) , then yes they should know freedom, but if they took the rights or life from another human, then no and I feel they cant be helped. our very prison system is meant to reform, but all it does is contain and sometimes that's all criminals know, so they go in, come out and jail/prison becomes a revolving door. Unfortunately our system is not set up to council and really help offenders,

What if the right things were done while things in life like no war and politics are maintained and ways are finally found...would you like such eventual outcomes?

Freedom to do what you like so long as it does not rob, assault or otherwise clearly damage.

I totally agree...but like I said we're doing the best with what we know now...what if things like politics, war, and so on are maintained until more ways to help people that can literally master barriers where people thought people can't be helped be helped with just a speech or something...like more ways...

Good question. There are definitely some people beyond redemption. There are a lot of terrible people in this world that, if not bound by law, would R●●● and murder you without a second thought. Psychopaths walk by us every day and these people that are capable of such things will never be convinced by any prison program.

Not anything from the mentoring realm of knowledge that could help with gang people and stuff?...

While it is a minority of criminals, there is no debate to your question. There are some people who genuinely feel no emotion or sympathy for others. The Jeffrey Dahmers of the world that will kill and will walk around their hotel eating pizza. These types of people cannot be convinced by anything and when a person like that does not care about the consequences then nothing can stop them. It doesn't matter who it is that appeals to these psychopath's emotions - they simply will never listen.

There are good, bad, and neutral...what if there are more sides than these?...if so, could there be more we can find out to help such people?...
